Important Notes:

  • We currently only accept Visa and MasterCard.
    We are unable to accept cards where the cardholder is a US resident.
  • You must ensure that the card you use to make this payment is in your own name since we will not accept any payments from third parties or accounts not held in the same name as your One Financial account. Please be aware that we reserve the right not to accept payments where the name on the card is not the same as the name on your One Financial account and such payments may be returned, resulting in funds not being credited to your trading account in good time.
  • Please note that you will be charged a fee for card payments which will reflect the fee One Financial pays for card payment processing.
  • Your One Financial account will be credited with the net US Dollar amount we receive at our bank from your card payment.
  • Your credit card provider may treat the payments you send to us as a cash advance and charge you an additional fee for this. Please check with your card provider if you think this may be the case as we will not be liable for any fees incurred by you.
  • If you do not know your account number, please contact our live help desk or our dealing desk at +44 (0)203 008 4817.
  • In the event of an error when making a credit card payment to your One Financial account we may refund you the difference. The error should be notified to us immediately and before funds are credited to your underlying trading account. In the event you notify us any later than this, you may be required to submit a funds withdrawal notice which may result in the length of time in which you are reimbursed being longer than if you advise us immediately upon making the error. Please note that all collective Terms and Conditions in respect of margin deposit payments, as set out in our Customer Agreement, will prevail in all circumstances.
